Look, Ma! I Can Draw!
Experience: Flexibility in Style / Digital / Traditional / Characters / Product
As with any project, illustration begins with research - trends, any associated competitive landscapes, etc. I love being presented with the challenge of emulating a style. It's engaging and such a great learning experience. Sometimes I have had to create characters based on a client's existing style guide. Other times I have needed to create a how-to guide for illustration development in a branded line. My illustrations have been used on such things as packaging, product, and instructions.
